These luxury residences range in size from approximately 633 to 1,416 square feet. Each home features high-end finishes and modern appliances to suit a refined lifestyle.

Residents have access to convenient parking options within our controlled-access community structures. We also offer EV charging stations on-site to support our residents with electric vehicles. This ensures you can easily charge your car while enjoying the comfort of your home at Avalon.

Our community is located near several MARTA bus stops, providing connections to the broader Atlanta metropolitan transit system. Residents can also utilize the North Fulton Express routes for commuting to major employment hubs. Additionally, the highly walkable layout of the Avalon district allows for easy access to nearby shopping and dining without a vehicle.

Veranda at Avalon is served by the Fulton County School District. The closest schools for our residents are Manning Oaks Elementary School, Hopewell Middle School, and Alpharetta High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries are subject to change, and we recommend contacting the school district directly to confirm current assignments.
